We came for my birthday and damn glad we did. The Pav bhaji and portabello were major highlights for me, the vegetarian of the group. My wife loved the Rajasthani Sule and Rogan Josh. Must-Try Spot — Unforgettable Flavors! One word: WOW. The bison lamb chops were juicy and packed with bold spices, and the chicken kebab was incredibly tender with a perfect char. The garlic naan? Soft, fluffy, and loaded with flavor — hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and absolutely addictive. And that cheesecake at the end? Light, dreamy, and beautifully presented. This place delivers on taste, texture, and presentation. Don’t think twice — just go!

The food at Veeray’s was absolutely divine! The elegant ambiance, thanks to the tasteful interiors, added to the whole experience. The staff was warm, interactive, and helped us pick the best dishes — which really made a difference. My personal favorites- The Anarkali Chicken Kebab and Bhuna Gosht — both were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were equally impressive and paired perfectly with the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a classy yet cozy dining experience!

Fantastic Indian food in an elegant Prohibition Era style. Come dressed up and ready for spices and flavors across the spectrum. The cocktails are based off the original cocktails from the ‘20s, classic and delicious. The quail, camel, and exotic meets are a must try for flavors you can’t get anywhere else.

Superb speakeasy style Indian restaurant, serving superb cocktails and tasty dishes. All items were very tasty and superbly presented. The ambiance is unique. The liquor selection and cocktail list is extensive. A must try for a unique experience.

Took my brother to @veerays.nyc for his birthday — and how fitting, since Veer means brother. This place has a speakeasy vibe that makes the whole experience feel extra special — moody, cozy, and intimate in all the right ways. I had humbly requested if Chef Hemant @hemantmathurcatering might be able to stop by our table, and he came by that evening especially for us (he’s usually only there during the day). What a kind, humble, and incredibly talented chef! Shoutout to @sonnysolomon , the amazing manager, who made us feel right at home — and who also connected with my brother over being fellow Geminis (a fun convo to eavesdrop on from across the table!). Now, for the food: the lamb was my absolute favorite. But the highlight surprise? Trying coconut naan for the first time! Sweet, unexpected, and somehow exactly what I didn’t know I needed. If I were a naan... I’d definitely be a coconut naan. Thank you to the entire team at Veeray’s, Sunny Saab, and Chef Hemant for the warmth, the flavors, and the memories. A beautiful experience at one of Michelin’s 2024 restaurants — well deserved!

The Don's Lamb Chops, by far, were the best item I had here. Maybe the best lamb chops I ever had. Period! On the other hand, the one dish this place is known for: Camel Kebabs were my least favorite. I also recommend the Kurkuri bhindi (Okra). Small portions. High prices. Quality and delicious food. Excellent service and drinks. Ambiance and the drinks really does take you into a different era.

Incredibly new restaurant that has incredibly delicious and excellently spiced dishes with tasty cocktails. the service is amazing but that’s also likely due to the fact that it was pretty empty for a Friday afternoon. I imagine thats because it’s new and in midtown.
